As an Operations Manager with BEST Crowd Management, you’ll oversee the people, processes, and performance that make stadium and event operations run flawlessly. Lead daily operations including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and gameday execution — ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Partner with the General Manager/Regional Director to build staffing plans, manage budgets, and monitor costs to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
Coach and mentor your team, developing skills, morale, and performance to deliver world-class service.
Enhance the employee experience by fostering engagement, accountability, and teamwork at every level.
Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless event execution — communicate proactively, respond quickly, and consistently exceed expectations.
Oversee payroll accuracy (98% target) and ensure all positions are filled within 96 hours of shift start time.
Analyze data and operations to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and innovation.
Uphold company standards for quality, compliance, and service excellence.
Be available to support operations as needed on evenings, weekends, and event days (some travel required).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in operations, event staffing, security, or sports management.
Strong leadership and coaching skills — ability to motivate teams to perform at their best.
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and staff effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the flexibility to adapt quickly.
Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a background check.

Physical and Mental Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, it is required to sit, stand, walk, talk or hear. On occasion, it may be required to climb and work in high places, stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. Position may also require work in confined spaces and exposure to different types of outdoor weather conditions. Must occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
