BEST Crowd Management is looking for a Corporate Human Resources Assistant - Events to join our HR team and help support large-scale hiring initiatives for major events and venues.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. As an event-driven organization preparing for major global events such as the FIFA World Cup, our HR team will be supporting the hiring of thousands of employees across multiple markets.
This is an in-office position (Monday–Friday). Because we support events, occasional evening or weekend availability may be required to assist with hiring needs.
Pay, Benefits, and Work Location:
Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 / year

Work Location: Based in Coon Rapids, MN you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring security and safety.
Support the hiring and onboarding process including scheduling interviews, drug screenings, and orientations
Ensure accurate data entry and completion of new hire paperwork in HR systems
Maintain and update employee records including status changes and contact information
Assist with job postings and applicant communication
Prepare HR reports, letters, and internal communications
Respond to HR-related questions from employees and managers
Assist with employment verifications, unemployment claims, and separation documentation
Provide administrative support to the corporate HR leadership team
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
Excellent communication and follow-up
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Comfortable supporting high-volume hiring
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in HR support, recruiting coordination, or administrative roles preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to pass a background check
