Scheduling:
- Candidates must have open availability to be considered for the position.
- No set schedule.
- Weekdays and weekends are required.

Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
- Must currently possess a security license and have experience in supervising security guards.
- You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- You provide rapid response in critical situations.
- You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Effective oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office.

- You have Security, Military, and/or Law Enforcement supervisory experience of at least 2 years or more
- You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.

This is a photo of one of the first events I worked on with BEST. The formula one grand prix at Hard Rock stadium was a massive event that required a lot from staff members, supervisors, managers and directors from all over. This event has helped shape me into the manager that I am today, it was extremely challenging but I became a stronger leader because of it.
