Pay, Benefits, and Work Location:
- Competitive Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 / year

What You’ll Do
As the General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operational performance, customer satisfaction, profitability, and team leadership while ensuring seamless execution across all accounts and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all operational activities including planning, staffing, scheduling, execution, and profitability
- Drive operational excellence and implement strategies that improve efficiency, execution, and client value
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and service reviews
- Ensure successful execution of contracts including labor management, subcontractor oversight, invoicing, budgeting, and collections
- Analyze estimated versus actual operational costs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop operational team members and supervisors
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, communication, customer service, and continuous improvement
- Communicate operational goals clearly across teams and maintain accurate operational reporting
- Identify new opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiencies, and support business growth
- Travel up to 25% as needed to support operations and client accounts
- Support additional operational initiatives and special projects as assigned

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of operations, service, field, or project management experience
- Previous experience in one or more of the following industries preferred:
- Event Staffing
- Security Operations
- Sports & Entertainment
- Athletics
- Venue Management
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced operational environments
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management skills
- Self-starter with initiative and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable and responsive to changing business needs
- Ability to pass a background check
Physical Requirements
This role requires a combination of office and field-based work. Candidates must be comfortable standing, walking, climbing stairs, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
