Job Summary:
The Field Manager of Human Capital is responsible for leading all aspects of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and human resources operations for an assigned region or market. This role serves as a strategic partner to regional leadership by ensuring full staffing for events and operations while overseeing employee relations, and HR programs. The Field Manager of Human Capital drives results through proactive recruiting strategies, strong community, and effective people management practices that support organizational goals.

The employee must be able to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear. The role may require climbing, bending, reaching, working in confined spaces, and exposure to varying outdoor weather conditions. Work Environment
