No current security guard card? No problem! Candidates willing to obtain their New Mexico Level 1 security guard card are encouraged to apply. Paid training is available to help eligible candidates get started and prepare for their role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with guest entry, ticket scanning, and event access points.
• Provide directions and answer guest questions to ensure a positive event experience.
• Help manage crowds, maintain orderly lines, and support event operations.
• Monitor assigned areas and report safety concerns or suspicious activity to supervisors.
• Assist guests who need help and communicate professionally with event attendees.
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and venue personnel.
• Follow company policies, venue procedures, and all applicable safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service throughout each shift.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be willing to obtain a New Mexico Level 1 security guard card if required for the assignment.
• Paid guard card training is available for eligible candidates.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules.
• Previous event, hospitality, retail, or security experience is a plus but not required.
